How to import external data.
1. Open new microsoft excel sheet.
2. Go Data->Import External Data->Import Data
3. Choose the delimeted type.
4. Choose the column delimeter. In data preview section, you can see how your
text is affected
5. The last step allows you to select the appropriate format to each column
6. Click finish.
