Set up a new account in Outlook Express
1. Open Outlook Express. Go Tools -> Accounts
2. In the window click Add->Mail
3. Input name, that dispays when someone receives you email
4. Input your email address
5. Set the server, that will receive the incoming mail. Set the server, that will send the outgoing mail
6. Input login information
7. Finish
